This file contains a program for the successful implimentation of a First Year Camper Program for a summer camp.  As every staff member knows  first year campers are the most important.  If a new camper has a bad experience he is not likely to return, and may drop out of scouting all together.  This program has been used successfully at four summer camps in Georgia where I served as Program Director
